A delicious dessert with vanilla quark, blueberries, and homemade Christmas granola.
Let the blueberries thaw.
Preheat the oven to 150 °C (top/bottom heat) or 130 °C (fan oven) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thoroughly mix the granola, nuts, honey, oil, and gingerbread spice in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown, stirring 2-3 times.
Stir the quark with the vanilla sugar until smooth.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark.
Fluff up the Christmas granola and set aside about 200 g for the trifle.
Layer the granola, vanilla quark, caramel spread, and blueberries alternately in six glasses.
Fill the remaining granola into a jar with a lid and seal it.
Serve the trifle and enjoy.
