Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha until smooth.
Heat sesame oil in a large pan. Sauté chicken strips over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
